How do I care for my gourd mate?

Before first use, wash the inside with warm water. Do not use detergent or soap inside the mate. Let it dry upside down in a ventilated place. Over time, the natural curing of the mate improves the flavor of the yerba.

Do thermoses keep things hot all morning?

Yes. Our thermoses feature double-walled stainless steel and a hermetic stopper, allowing them to keep drinks hot for up to 12 hours and cold for up to 24 hours. Ideal for all-day mate.

Can I make changes or returns?

Yes. If the product arrives with any defects or is not what you expected, please email us at larondamdq9@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve it. We work to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

How do I know which light bulb to choose?

It depends on your yerba and your preference. Stainless steel bombillas are the most durable and easiest to clean. Alpaca ones have a more aesthetic finish. If you drink yerba with a lot of dust, we recommend a bombilla with a precision filter. You can write to us and we'll advise you.
